For best quality we use international standards for packing. Each stem is fitted with plastic tube with Star Fresh Water(HQ: High Preservative). Orchids are packed in bunch(number of orchids in bunch is on the request of customer). Each bunch is packed in clear plastic for protection. After this, orchids are packed in carton(Outer box). 5 and 10 Inner boxes trays are fit to one carton with dimensions.

Step 1: All customer must be check available orchid flower and order reservation at least about 6-10 days before schedule shipment date. Working process has been clearly scheduled, starting from cutting orchids from the farms. We choose quality orchids in standard stem length as per customer requirement.
Step 2: After cutting orchid from the farms. We choose the best way of transporation by small truck with cold temperature control. We choose small truck, it's very convenience and quick transportation from traffic jam reason. All transportation and cold temperature control, it's very important for fresh & best quality of orchid flower from our farms to cold storage room control to packing process in our factory.
Step 3: Our experienced staffs are orchid experts. Our main policy is to train them to be able to choose the top quality of flowers as require bt the standard. Sort and grade those best qualities of flowers for export to overseas. Cutting off end of stems at 45 degree for ensuring to insert into the nutrition tubes. To insert into the nutrition tubes. Place the flowers individually for drying process. Certain quantities of flowers were placed into the plastic bags.
Step 4: Orchid will be packed in the boxes with various sizes as required by the standard. Pack Orchid into Inner box ready to be packed into carton boxes. Place Inner boxs into the Outer box (Carton Box). Seal the Outer box (Carton Box) firmly and now they are ready to be marked with transparent tape protection(Watermark logo on transparent tape).
Step 5: Bring packeds to stored at the temperature between 12-14 Celsius to maintain the quality of them. Controlled temperature will help the flower stay fresh at all the time and last longer. Mark all Outer boxs (export boxes) with Destination Airport, Name of Importer, Code & Quantities Reference Delivery to the Bangkok International Airport for overseas destination by various International Airlines.
